100 pF - 2 nF

Small-Signal Bandwidth

50 kHz

Output Noise

1 mVrms

Maximum Load Current

±100 mA

Product Features

Fast Control

The high-bandwidth (50 kHz) and stable frequency response of the driving amplifier enables smooth control, with and without integration of the device in a position measurement feedback system.

High Precision

Driving amplifier electronics exhibiting low output noise is critical to building high precision systems.

Thermal Management

Full-stroke, high-frequency dynamic driving of the load up to 1 kV requires careful thermal design in a class AB amplifier. Thermal management is integrated inside the device to guarantee functionality.

Optimized for Small Actuators

The 100 pF - 2 nF load capacitance range makes the HVA-1000-A an excellent choice for small actuators that require (very) high voltages, up to 1 kV.
